Today’s advent bag contains Van Meer’s Stroopwafel liqueur. Stroopwafel is a cookie flavored liqueur and it tastes amazing.
THE DRINK | SMORES MARTINI
If you love smores, you are going to love this smores martini. It has just the right mix of chocolate, cookie, and marshmallow flavors. This was one of my favorite drinks from the advent calendar. After I finished it, I was wishing that there was more.
For the drink, I mixed one ounce of Van Meer’s Stroopwafel liqueur, one ounce of Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur, and 3 ounces of unsweetened Almond milk. I served it in a martini glass with a graham cracker crust with roasted marshmallows garnish.
