THE DRINK | PEPPERMINT BARK MARTINI
Today I got creative with the Peppermint Twist vodka. I had some Godiva peppermint bark squares in the pantry. I melted a square in my double boiler. As the chocolate melted, I added a few ounces of Almond milk and a tablespoon of Godiva Hot Cocoa mix. This made a very lovely hot chocolate mixture. I then added the Peppermint Twist vodka. I served it in a martini glass with a garnish of marshmallows. If you have the patience to make this drink, it is delicious!
The Drink
- 1 ounce of Smirnoff Peppermint Twist Vodka
- 3 ounces of Godiva Hot Cocoa made with a melted Godiva peppermint bark square and Almond milk
