When I was packing for the trip to Miami a couple of weeks ago (you can see the photos from the trip here), I realized how worn out many of my shoes looked. I work from my home office during the week instead of making a commute to a traditional office. I have been doing this for a little over a year. This means that my shoe collection doesn’t get a lot of attention.
This trip opened my eyes to how badly I need some new shoes. The situation is so bad that I left two pairs of heels in the hotel trash. I didn’t even bring them home!
When I went to put on the first pair of heels, I realized that the entire underside of the shoe had come unglued. To make things worse, the leather on the shoe was dried and cracked; they were not repairable. The second pair of shoes looked even worse with peeling patent leather.
I am glad that I brought my cute, pink suede flats, pictured below. They were comfortable and dressy enough for the occasion.
I am now on the search for a great pair of nude-tone shoes. I need them to be classy. I need them to be functional. I really need them to not cost a ton of money. If they were comfortable, that would make them even better.
12 CLASSY NUDE-TONE SHOES
I headed over to the Nordstrom website to look at their selection. They have the best shoe selection and I love just window shopping. I picked 12 reasonably priced, classy, nude-toned shoes. The most expensive pair on the list sell for $170. They are a bit pricey, but were too pretty to not add to the list.

My favorite pair are number 10. I love shoes that I can easily slip on and off. I will also admit, I am loving suede shoes right now. I probably shouldn’t as suede is more difficult to keep clean. But, the heart wants what the heart wants.
