THE DRINK | BOMBAY SAPPHIRE GIN AND TONIC
Prior to this adventure, I had not experienced gin. However, part of the agreement was to taste drinks that I had never had before. I was up for the challenge.
My husband recommended a traditional gin and tonic. His thought was that I should try it at least once. So I did. Ummmm…not my thing. It did smell very lovely, but that taste was just horrific. Gin is apparently not for everyone. I took two sips and just could not continue. My apologies to those of you that favor the flavor of the juniper berry. I will be sticking with wine tonight.
The Drink
- 1 shot of Bombay Sapphire gin
- 3 ounces of tonic
For the Garnish
- Fresh slice of lime
