THE DRINK | APPLE BOURBON AND GINGER ALE
Today’s drink was a selection my husband recommended. Can’t you tell? This is meant to be an adventure. The purpose is to try new things. This was definitely a new thing.
For the drink, I mixed 1 part Jim Beam Apple bourbon with 3 parts of ginger ale. I served it in a rocks glass with an ice ball. New to bourbon? This is a good way to ease your way in. Too strong? Mix in additional ginger ale and sip slowly.
